We offer the following payment options:
- Card payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other common payment cards.

All prices on the website include VAT (25%). Shipping cost is 59 SEK. Free shipping is offered on orders over 550 SEK.
Delivery
We deliver our products to Sweden, the EU, and Norway.

EU: 5-8 working days
Norway: 8-10 working days -
Name necklaces, necklaces with year and name ring:
Sweden: 14–20 working days
EU: 14-25 working days
Norway: 14-20 working days
There are longer delivery times for name necklaces because each piece of jewelry is unique and made to order.
Delivery time may vary depending on the product, high demand, holidays, or carrier handling.
In case of any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible via email.
🇳🇴 To our customers in Norway:
We are VOEC-registered, which means Norwegian VAT is paid directly at checkout. You therefore avoid extra customs processing and unexpected fees upon delivery.
Warranty
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling, or damage due to accidents.
Necklace chains
The chain is covered by warranty for manufacturing defects, such as defective clasps or incorrectly assembled links. The warranty does not apply to breakages caused by wear and tear, pulling, snagging, or other external influences, as chains are a part of the jewelry that is subject to natural wear during use.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the date you received the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for your products (excluding shipping) as soon as possible or no later than 10 days from the day we received the item.
Please note:
- For custom-made products, such as name necklaces and other engraved products, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to Swedish law (Act on distance contracts and off-premises contracts 2005:59) if the item is manufactured according to your specifications. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. If you are unsure how your custom-made jewelry will look due to size or other requests, please contact us before placing an order.
Complaints
If you discover a defect in the item, you must complain about it as soon as possible, but no later than within a reasonable time according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us via the contact form on our website or info@glimmergravyr.se. For approved complaints, we will cover the return shipping and offer repair, re-delivery, or refund.
Personal Data Processing
We value your privacy and process personal data in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The data we collect is only used to manage your order and improve our service. Read more in our privacy policy.
Responsibility for Transport
All our shipments are sent with Postnord. We are responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you. In the event of any damage during transport, this must be reported to us immediately.
Disputes
In case of dispute, we follow decisions from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Other
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The terms that apply to your purchase are those that were published at the time of your order.
Please note that our jewelry is laser engraved, but because each engraving is individually adapted, small variations may occur. This makes each piece of jewelry unique and personal. The placement, depth, and appearance of the engraving may differ slightly from the product images.
