These terms and conditions apply between you as a customer and Aziro AB, corporate registration number 556963-4628, which operates the online store glimmergravyr.se. By making a purchase from us, you accept our terms and conditions.

Payment

We offer the following payment options:

  • Card payment : We accept Visa, Mastercard and other common payment cards.
  • Klarna : You can choose to pay immediately, split the payment or pay later via Klarna. Read more about Klarna's terms and conditions at www.klarna.com .

All prices on the website include VAT (25%). Shipping costs are 59 SEK. Free shipping is offered on orders over 550 SEK.


Delivery

We deliver our products within Sweden via Postnord. Delivery times vary depending on the product:

  • Standard products and jewelry with engraving : 3–5 business days.
  • Name necklaces : 14–22 working days, as these are made to order.

In case of any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible via email.


Returns and cancellation rights

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item. To exercise the right of cancellation, the item must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Please note that you as the customer are responsible for return shipping. Contact us via the contact form on the page or info@glimmergravyr.se for return instructions.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for your product (excluding shipping) as soon as possible or no later than within 10 days from the day we received the item.

Note:

  • For custom-made products, such as name necklaces and other products with engraving, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to Swedish law (Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises Act 2005:59) if the product is manufactured according to your specifications. Returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Complaint

If you discover a defect in the product, you must complain as soon as possible, but no later than within a reasonable time according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us via the contact form on our website or info@glimmergravyr.se . If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and offer repair, replacement or refund.


Personal data management

Responsibility for transport

All our shipments are sent with Postnord. We take responsibility for the goods until they are delivered to you. In the event of any damage during transport, this must be reported to us immediately.


Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN). You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform : https://ec.europa.eu/odr .

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions that apply to your purchase are those published at the time of your order.

Please note that our jewelry is laser engraved, but as each engraving is individually customized, slight variations may occur. This makes each piece of jewelry unique and personal. The placement, depth and appearance of the engraving may differ slightly from the product images.
